To anyone who may face the same problem, pls follow this to fix the problem. It worked for me.

We have the same root certificate "DST Root CA X3". My website is meantime.sg. The site can be accessed on other devices except for one as well - my laptop (a Macbook). 

I have:

- Cleared all browser cache
- Updated my browser to the latest version
- Used incognito or proxy (to no avail)

Wow, I have EXACTLY the same problem with you! I've contacted Squarespace support and exhausted all solutions to it. I'm kinda relieved I'm not alone in this. 

But hope we find a solution soon!
