Site not showing up in Google searches

Hi,
We have recently published our site, yes cannot get it to show up (at least not consistently) in google searches.
We do show up fine when searching directly (site:).
Google apparently is collecting analytics, etc.
Not sure what sort of troubleshooting to perform, or whether this just takes time.
As an example of the issue: if you type 'baldwin hill cemetery' which is literally the title of the website and the domain, it doesn't show up in results. It did show up once as result 4 or 5, but next time I tried it was gone again.
Any advice appreciated.
