Add the following to Design > Custom CSS.
.bright-inverse #block-add769d3ca114745534e.sqs-block-image .design-layout-poster .image-title *, .bright-inverse #block-add769d3ca114745534e.sqs-block-image .design-layout-poster .image-subtitle * { color : red; } This is for v7.1 and specific to the OP's need.
You can change the color to what you need.
