My code is just not working? It seems to be reducing the image wrapper, but not the image?

Hi, I am trying to reduce my circle images for mobile.

For desktop, I have the following code:

/*UNIVERSAL POSTER AND CARD CIRCLE*/
.sqs-block-image .design-layout-poster img{ border-radius: 50%}

.sqs-block-image .design-layout-card img{ border-radius: 50%; padding: 5px;
  max-width: 80%; margin-left: 30px

But when I try anything to reduce the circle overall, I get the following (pls see attached).

Can someone help me pls.
