Banner Image Won't Resize for Mobile View

I'm having the same issue. @tuanphan
Using Aria template on 7.0 and each navigation-linked page is an index page, with the banner populated by the first page in the index page.
Can't seem to get the banner to go full width on mobile using the different css snippets i found in this thread. Please help!
