    This should work for the store grid:

    .products.collection-content-wrapper .grid-item .grid-image-cover {
        object-fit: contain !important;
    }

    I can’t thank you enough it worked like a charm now to take full advantage of 7.1 … cheers again and hope this helps others too

    It looks like you are missing a set of brackets after the collection ID.

    Have you upgraded to 7.1? The collection ID may be different and so might the classes if you have upgraded.

    Can you share your website URL and the purpose of the code?

    ok so yes have just jumped over and that's interesting about the ID as I was aware it changed...

    Here is a product that on 7.0 would show the whole image but now  over crops it.. there is no setting to make it the full image

    Just a sample of a product doing it

  5. Hi

    We use

    #collection-636201ab5f3f2739cfc03fab
    .ProductList-image {
         width: 100% !important;
         height: auto% !important;
         top: 1px !important;
         object-fit: contain !important;
         object-position: centre;
         position: static !important;
      }
    .ProductItem-gallery-slides-item-image.loaded {
        object-fit: contain !important;
        object-position: top;
        width: 100% !important;
        height: 100% !important;
        position: static !important;
    }

    and on 7.0 it was fine and now its broken on 7.1

    Any Help would be great

    Thank you for the additional information. When you click the contact button in the Squarespace App, it launches a new email using the device's default email account. Everything that happens after this is managed by your device's default email application, for example, the Apple Mail app on iPhone or the Gmail app.

    If the email appears, the Squarespace App is working correctly. For the next steps, you'll need to troubleshoot your email app and the service provided by them. For example, your default email service may not be correct.

    Did this help? Please give feedback by clicking an icon below  ⬇️

    It is interesting cause we did check the Gmail setting and saw no sent emails .... it works fine when you copy the email out of the app and make a new one

    let me have a look at the settings

    report back ASAP

    Hi Paul

    When we use the Squarespace app we click an order and then click the customer email address and select gmail to send with, but for the last couple of months nothing has been heading to our customers. We made a tick and got back something to do with marketing but have said its to do with e-commerce.

    weird righty?

    screen shots ill grab some asap

  8. Hello All

    For the life of us, there has been a glitch where if you click a customer email and use Gmail to send a question the customer will never get it and it doesn't show up in the sent inbox.

    This is coming straight from the app into Gmail, its weird as it was working, and now it's broken and we get a funny AI response type from chat with the person saying it's a promotion email. weird

    Can anyone help, please

    Cheers

    I got another trick for Squarespace website, you can place Christmas balls on top of the page, kindly follow these steps

    1. Download the assets in zip format and uncompress them

    https://drive.google.com/file/d/1HFIkJn5EoYx8GLOzLV9_jgYrHFOgn2lK/view?usp=sharing

    2. Upload them to the site by using a link editor.

    You can head to Pages->New Page (Link)->On new window, click on File and upload

    3. In Settings->Advanced->Code Injection , place this snippet in header

    <script src="https://code.jquery.com/jquery-3.4.1.js"></script>

    <!-- Xmas balls on header - provided by beyondspace -->
    <link rel="stylesheet" href="/s/beyondspace-xmasballs.css">
    <script src="/s/beyondspace-xmasballs.js"></script>
    <script type="text/javascript">
    	jQuery(document).ready(function($) {
    		/* There are 4 style supported: 1, 2, 3, 4 */
    		$(".header-announcement-bar-wrapper").xmasBells({
    			style: 3
    		});
    	})
    </script>
    <!-- Xmas balls on header -->

    Note that there is 4 style to choose, kindly change the "style" number in the code
