Also, all of the sections underneath (see image) are suppose to be in caps & are in caps on my seo settings so is there a way to fix the way its showing up on google?

Weird I tried incognito and it doesn't show up correctly and I tried on a friends laptop and it doesn't show up correctly either.

Hmm thats weird, I tried that and just checked again and its not showing up the same way yours is but at least its showing up for you

It's been over a month and my site's SEO still won't update on google search. I site indexed and submitted a site map etc and still nothing will update.
