    There's not enough space for all those words + the spacing in between them. I would bring down the spacing between items, or set your mobile breakpoint to a higher value so the website uses the mobile header when the words no longer fit.

    How /where do you change the mobile breakpoint?

    Thank you so much for your help! 🙂

  2. Hi I'm designing a website and have noticed that my navigation bar becomes distorted depending on the size of the screen and also when the window is minimized. I've attached to images below.

    Is there any way to code it to be fixed or to move to always be aligned no matter what kind of screen it's viewed on?

    What it looks like normally:

    And what it looks like on a smaller screen or minimized:

    Thanks in advance!! 🙂

  3. Hello!

    I want to add FedEX or another type of shipping option to my squarespace e-commerce page but I can't because it asks me for a zipcode (which I do not have).

    I am located in Canada and only have a postal code I can give. Does anyone know how to set up shipping from Canada?

    I'd like to use one of the other services that isn't just the flat rate service.

    Thank you in advance!

  4. Hi!! 🙂

    I was wondering if there is any way to customize SquareSpace's forms,

    I do not like the fact that it asks for a second address line as they is not needed for my website.

    What's more, if there any way to customize the address to only ask for a city? Or for the phone number to be in one box?

    Thank you in advance!!

    Instead of related products. It's not ideal but will work.

    I haven't been able to create product blocks, would I have to use a regular page and add those in there vs using SquareSpace's default e-commerce set up? 🙂

     If you are referring to the Related Products feature, there isn't an option to include an 'Add to Cart' button next to any of the related products, and it cannot be added with code.

    I agree that this would be a welcome enhancement because it could reduce friction in the sales process for these. You may want to register this as a feature request with Squarespace, by raising a ticket through Customer Care. They'll document your feedback and share it with the appropriate team.

    Okay, thank you so much! I'll definitely raise a ticket.

  7. Hello everyone,

    I was wondering if there is a way to have customers be able to add related products to their cart right away without having to click through to the new product.

    Please let me know, as well as if there is a plug in available for that! 🙂

    Thank you in advance.

    @ecs_cares Find and edit z-index: 100;

    .Header--overlay.Header.Header--bottom {
        position: fixed;
        top: 73px;
        z-index: 9999;
        background-color: rgba(255,255,255,.65)
    }

    Next, find and edit z-index: 200;

    .Header-nav-folder {
        -webkit-box-sizing: border-box;
        -moz-box-sizing: border-box;
        box-sizing: border-box;
        position: absolute;
        top: 100%;
        left: -99999px;
        z-index: 999;
        margin-left: -1em;
        padding: 1em;
        opacity: 0;
        white-space: nowrap;
        text-align: left;
        -webkit-transform: translate3d(0,10px,0);
        -moz-transform: translate3d(0,10px,0);
        -ms-transform: translate3d(0,10px,0);
        -o-transform: translate3d(0,10px,0);
        transform: translate3d(0,10px,0);
        -webkit-transition: left 0s .2s linear,transform 0s .2s linear,opacity .2s ease-out;
        -moz-transition: left 0s .2s linear,transform 0s .2s linear,opacity .2s ease-out;
        -ms-transition: left 0s .2s linear,transform 0s .2s linear,opacity .2s ease-out;
        -o-transition: left 0s .2s linear,transform 0s .2s linear,opacity .2s ease-out;
        transition: left 0s .2s linear,transform 0s .2s linear,opacity .2s ease-out
    }

    Nevermind!! it's fixed. THANK YOU SO MUCH! 🙂 You're the best.

    So it looks like the blue is coming through because it's your websites background colour. Try the below piece of CSS.

    .Main .Main--products-item {
    	background-color: white;
    }

    I've never added a banner image to a product page but just from a user experience standpoint I don't really think adding a banner is a great idea.

    Hi, so sorry to bother you again. I still haven't been able to successfully target that blue space.

    Would it be a different CSS code? Like for a header or navigation or something? I tried various different combination but it's still blue. 😞

    Okay, thank you so much! you've been tremendously helpful. 🙂

    I've noticed that you've added some CSS to fix the header. I would suggest making the header Sticky instead of Fixed. I would use the below CSS instead, this will solve the issue you're having with the navigation.

    .Header.Header--top {
        position: sticky;
    	position: -webkit-sticky;
        top: 0px;
        z-index: 9999;
        background-color:
        rgba(0,0,0,.6);
    }

    As for the product pages and the background/font colours would you be able to clarify what you mean?  From what I can see your backgrounds are already white and the font is already black.

    Oh this is very helpful. thank you!! 🙂 Much appreciated. It worked but now I have a blue area right under the header that looks funny. Is there any way to fix that? Thank you so much for your help! You've saved me hours of trial and error.

    Additionally, yes, I figured out the background/font colours after playing around with it for a bit. ^___^

    Do you know how to add a banner to the individual product pages? I was thinking about putting a photo or video, but there doesn't seem to be an option.

    Thanks in advance.
