How to make the top header's/top navigation's background color be transparent then turn color when you scroll

Hi all,Looking for some help asap for those that are looking for a nice challenge!

I'm using the Harris Template(https://www.squarespace.com/templates/harris)

Can someone provide assistance on how to make the top (logo, background, phone, navigation bar): 1. Stick when you start scrolling down. 2. Have the background of the navigation be transparent when page loads, but as soon as some starts scrolling (maybe 50px) have it turn a certain color.
