How do I change the text color on a button when hovering?

I'm hoping to change the text color on the buttons on this page from black to white when you hover over them with the mouse: https://www.elizabethconwellcounseling.com/fees-forms/. Can someone help me out with this? Thanks!

I think this should do the trick in Design > Custom CSS:

.medium-button-style-outline
.sqs-block-button  :hover
.sqs-block-button-element--medium  {
   color: #fff;
}

This worked great on my site as well 🙂 Is there a way to make it work on Banners as well? One of my index pages has a banner image as well as an outline button and the code doesn't seem to work on the banner overlay image.
