There are so many companies which provide simple live chat. But as of my experience, you should try Tagove live chat software. It is next generation tool which provides multi-channel communication like live chat, co-browsing and video chat. https://www.tagove.com/

Took me about 2 minutes :) You can change the chatbox style and colors, etc., to match your theme, too.

Under Website tab, click the website in which you want to add the live chat plugin.

Open settingsChoose Settings from the left navigation panel.

Open advanced settingsNext, navigate to the Website section and Click on Advanced to open advanced settings.

Open code injection consoleFrom the advanced settings menu, open Code Injection console.

Insert your plugin scriptPaste the javascript code (get it from https://www.kommunicate.io/ or any other service) in the Footer section.

Integrating ProProfs Chat (https://www.proprofs.com/chat/) to Squarespace is really easy. In a matter of a few steps you can see a chat widget up and running on your website.

Here’s how you do it.

Step 1:  Navigate to Settings and then click on the Installation and copy the chat installation code, click on copy to clipboard to copy the code.

Step 2: Log in to your Squarespace Admin section and Navigate to Settings.

Step 3: Navigate to Advanced.

Step 4: Navigate to Code Injection and scroll down to the Footer. Paste the ProProfs Live Chat code in the footer box, then click on Save Settings to save the chat code.
