There are so many companies which provide simple live chat. But as of my experience, you should try Tagove live chat software. It is next generation tool which provides multi-channel communication like live chat, co-browsing and video chat. https://www.tagove.com/

Social Media Conductor helps you grow your online presence that consequently improves your business bottom lines

@ninjateam Full disclosure: I'm working at Userlike, so I might be a bit biased ;)We have a lot of customers using our Squarespace plugin to chat with their visitors. Userlike is a free live chat plugin with plenty customization options and themes that you can easily add to your Squarespace site in under five minutes.

Take a look at our video tutorial to see how to add Userlike live chat to your Squarespace site:

Integrating ProProfs Chat (https://www.proprofs.com/chat/) to Squarespace is really easy. In a matter of a few steps you can see a chat widget up and running on your website.

Here’s how you do it.

Step 1:  Navigate to Settings and then click on the Installation and copy the chat installation code, click on copy to clipboard to copy the code.

Step 2: Log in to your Squarespace Admin section and Navigate to Settings.

Step 3: Navigate to Advanced.

Step 4: Navigate to Code Injection and scroll down to the Footer. Paste the ProProfs Live Chat code in the footer box, then click on Save Settings to save the chat code.

And there you have it!

Here is their integration guide: https://chathelp.proprofs.com/live-chat-squarespace-integration

There are many options out there. But if you are part of a small/medium team that is looking to collaborate around live chat, email, and other communication channels, then Missive is the way to go.

You can get 200 monthly active users per month for free. Here's how to set it up: https://missiveapp.com/blog/add-live-chat-to-squarespace

You can even chat with other teammates inside chats with customers! Or assign an inquiry to the appropriate team.
