Rally: Fixed header/Navigation

I want to fix my header so that as I stroll down it can still be visible but I know nothing about code. I have the rally template. Please help, I'm so lost.

@Jania512 You can insert the following code (as supplied by @octopus in a previous post) in to the custom css section - Design > Custom CSS

 header {
   position: fixed !important;
   width: 100%;
   z-index: 99999;
}
@media only screen and (min-width:640px) {
  main {
    padding-top: 82px;
  }
}

You can adjust the padding-top to move the page content up or down to reflect you current design.

Tried this but then lost my menu navigation that I've positioned bottom centre to my header.

The same thing happened to me, any help?
