Adding a payment option to forms

I've a need to add a payment option to a form. It's for an application to an educational institution and there is a fee to submit the application. What is the best way to go about this?

Hi there.

The answer is that, in Squarespace, you wouldn't add a payment option to the form, but rather it'd be the other way around. You add a form to a product. See the following link about Service Products.

You'll see near the bottom of that page it mentions adding a form...that's the ticket! That's the direction you want to go.

Another thing that may help you is Express Checkout. As you experiment with making Squarespace commerce fit into your user flow, you may find that enabling it makes one less step for users.
