Can you embed a google form on Squarespace sites?

Fairly simple question really: I'm trying to work out if it's possible to embed a google form on to a Squarespace site. I've tried copying the embed code from my google form to the embed block on Squarespace but it says it's not embeddable. Any advice on this would be appreciated.

You have to use the Code block (not the "embed" block). Then of course -->

Make sure the block is set on HTML and do not check the "show" box.Karen

Does anyone know if there is a way to make it mobile friendly?

My squarespace site is, and the google form is... but together, it doesn't work. Any ideas?
