Shift: How do I change line-block colour?

Hello,

I'm new to the forum, and to injecting custom CSS to SqSp in general. This might be a relatively straightforward issue to resolve - though I'm looking for some guidance.

I would like to change the line-block colour, line thickness, and decrease the bottom padding on this elements, across my whole site.
