Alex: Social block in between site title and navigation?

Apologies if this questions seems lazy. I’ve spent some time searching answers for this but haven’t had any luck.

My client would like to have a social block to sit to the right of their site title and to the left of the navigation in the Alex template.

Does anyone know if this is possible? I am looking into finding a Squarespace specialist to contract the job out to if i can’t find a way to do it myself.
