Guest
How do I remove the navigation word from the photo on the main page of the site. For example if use the FIVE template and have a navigation link at the top of the page (home) , on the main photo, it says home in the middle of the photo. Not wanted. Link to comment
e2astudio
Open the Style Editor, find the 'Header' category and look for 'Banner Content' - change it to 'Empty', click Save. Link to comment
stevemcgee99
Unfortunately, that also removes the description text. How can I keep the description text yet just remove the Title? I don't want to name the page with a pithy phrase, but I want to have the description be a sentence or two that displays across the image in the Banner. Never took any classes. School of necessity. Building wordpress sites in the early 2000's taught me what I know. Link to comment
Milomade
I'd like to know how to do this as well. I'd like to have the Page Title text to appear in the tab/browser window and for the description to appear on the banner. I'd also like to be able to change this per page as on some pages I don't want any text on the banner - seems pretty inflexible! Link to comment
Summit227
To remove banner from a single page: Click the gear on desired page, then nav over to the "Advanced" tab and insert this code: #banner-area-wrapper { display: none; } Of course make sure to wrap with a style tag. Link to comment
