For an underline to show on hover, add this to the Custom CSS Editor:

a:hover {
 text-decoration: underline !important;
}

For an underline to appear all the time, use this instead:

a {
 text-decoration: underline !important;
}

Or to have both, combine them like this:

a, a:hover {
 text-decoration: underline !important;
}

I tried this on the Wells template, which does not include underline body-only text in the GUI editor.

Problem is, it made every link EVERYWHERE underlined :)

How can I set this to be only on 'blog.list' and 'blog.item' as well as specific pages I set?

Same question as below. How to make this ONLY in, say, the text of the body, not every link throughout the site?

These threads keep being closed prematurely. How to get this behavior only in certain parts of a site, and not throughout the entire site?

This worked for me to only have this apply to links within content Blocks:

.sqs-block-content a, .sqs-block-content a:hover {
  text-decoration: underline !important;
}

Hope that helps someone! :)
