Adding a link into a form (accept the terms required checkbox)

Hi all,

I'd like to add a required checkbox to a form. 

I can't figure out how to do it so the link is a working link (and Ideally would open in a new window).

You can achieve this by adding the link via HTML in the description of the checkbox.
In the code below,  "/terms-conditions" will need to be the URL of where your T&C's are held. target="_blank" makes it open in a new tab.

View <a href="/terms-conditions" target="_blank">terms and conditions</a>.

In this example, I've opted to leave the field title blank.
