You can use this code to Website Tools > Code Injection > Footer

<script src="https://ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/libs/jquery/3.7.1/jquery.min.js"></script>
<script>
  $(document).ready(function(){
    $('nav.SocialLinks').appendTo('nav.Mobile-overlay-nav.Mobile-overlay-nav--primary');
});
</script>
<style>
  .Mobile-overlay .SocialLinks-inner {
    text-align: center;
}
</style>

Thank you, but after adding the script social icons disappeared from the desktop version and only visible in mobile menu. How to make them visible in both scenarios?

Thank you for your help.

I forgot to add an id, you can use this new code

<script src="https://ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/libs/jquery/3.7.1/jquery.min.js"></script>
<script>
  $(document).ready(function(){
    $('nav.SocialLinks').clone().appendTo('nav.Mobile-overlay-nav.Mobile-overlay-nav--primary');
});
</script>
<style>
  .Mobile-overlay .SocialLinks-inner {
    text-align: center;
}
</style>
