niteshifte Posted November 29 Posted November 29 Site URL: https://www.peterotoole.ie I am trying to import a CSV but I keep getting 'Incorrect Format - Every set of option values needs to be unique' errors. It was a spreadsheet I downloaded and edited a few items so I can't see where these errors are coming from. I am presuming the issue is with the 'Option Value 1' column from the error message above? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks https://www.peterotoole.ie

The error message keeps saying "Incorrect Format" despite the file appearing to be properly formatted. I've double-checked the headers, commas, and overall structure, but the problem persists. Has anyone else had this issue before? Could it be related to a specific setting on the website, or is there something I might be missing in the CSV file? Any advice or solutions would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance! 😊

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks https://www.peterotoole.ie I’ve been having trouble when importing a CSV file into my website (www.goodwilloutlets.net). Every time I try, I get an "Incorrect Format" error. I've double-checked the data, but no matter how many times I try to reformat the file, the issue persists. Here are some details: The file appears to be correctly formatted, with appropriate columns and headers. I’ve tried using different CSV formats (comma, semicolon), but nothing works. The error message keeps saying "Incorrect Format" without providing more details. Has anyone experienced this issue before? Is there a specific format or setting I might be overlooking? Any advice or guidance would be greatly appreciated.
niteshifte Posted Sunday at 03:38 PM Author Posted Sunday at 03:38 PM It’s so hair pulling frustrating!! Makes me want to move to a different platform as updating anything is a nightmare. The system should be intelligent enough to understand that something you just downloaded and changed a few figures and re uploaded is the same with a few updates made.
