floradouville Posted November 28 Posted November 28 Site URL: https://www.jeremie-mercier.com/boutique/p/quand-les-masques-tombent Hi everyone, On my payment page, the quantity field does not look good: the French translation takes all the space and the number looks all squeezed in. Worst of all is that it actually IS possible to update the quantity at this stage (which is good) but you really need to click at the right end of the box to see it become blue and then be able to erase the number and enter a new one. It's not practical at all for the customer. Any idea on how to fix this? Thank you!
paul2009 Posted November 28 Posted November 28 (edited) Hi @floradouville If it helps, Quantité is not being abbreviated to Qté for me on French language sites either: On English language sites, the word "Quantity" is correctly shortened to "Qty" preventing the overlap issue: Sadly, you cannot use code to improve the situation, because code is blocked on the checkout page to protect payments. Sadly, you'll need to report this to Squarespace Customer Support so that teams can look at this. In the meantime, a desktop user can use the tab key to select the quantity and update it.
