How can I noindex old event pages?

Hi,

I am working on this website veganfairs.co.uk/upcoming-events/ and would like to noindex old events pages.

For example:

https://www.veganfairs.co.uk/upcoming-events/taunton-vegan-market-mar-2024 should not show up in search engines since we want the March 2025 event (not live yet) to show up instead.

However, I don't want to remove the page entirely since it's linked from some social channels and other places. I also don't think a redirect would be appropriate here as we would have 100s of redirects each year.

So, how can I noindex event pages? I can't see any option to hide events from search engines like on other pages. I also can't see anywhere to insert <meta name="robots" content="noindex">.
