Customise a product listing page

I wanted to create an extensive listing of products with categories as displayed on this page (from product search onwards): https://rudolf.com/textile-chemicals/pre-treatment

I have attached my design for the Solutions page that I wanted to create on Squarespace. Could some help me customise the search bar and help me create these product listing section with the different categories. I also wanted there to be a drop down as in the design for the content to be expanded along with adding a button to each of them if possible.

I have purchased the Universal Filter Plugin as well for the category filters, I am just not sure how to use it. Please help, thank you.
