Video resizing, no previous post I read helps

I have a video with an aspect ratio of roughly 1:1.13 on my site. I have tried other methods of resizing from others questions but none of it applies. I am looking for a fix to shrink the padding (i think its padding at least) around the video to fit the video without brute forcing it with !important. 

The block in question is the one beside the section header "Customization and Personalization Interfaces".
