How do I fix the problem of my products thumbnail sizing? I want the whole item to be visible instead of cropped

Add this to Custom CSS:

// product images set to contain
.products.collection-content-wrapper .grid-item .grid-item-image {
  object-fit: contain;
}

You may want to adjust the image ratio on the product page as well.
