Changing Tedt Color in Navigation Bar

I have recently tried to change the color of the text in the drop down selections to white from black.  I have had a "CHAT" with squarespace and they have informed me that there is a custom block on that partcular item. I never put the block on. What I need is to someone to help me either take the block off or find a way to change the color.

Hello @GoldKey There might be a custom code on your site that’s affecting the styling. To remove it, follow these steps:

1. Navigate to Pages > Website Tools > Custom CSS.
2. Delete the code into the CSS editor.
3. Hit Save and you’re done

Once this is done, let me know, and I’ll provide a fresh custom code snippet to make the folder navigation links white:)

Go to Custom CSS by following below instructions:

Pages> Web tools > Custom CSS

then, check  if there is any custom code which affects to make your changing then simple remove that and try again to change .

Is there a glossary for the codes.  I need to know what the code is for me to be able to delete it.
