Clearing your browser cache should log you out and force a re-login, so that's certainly part of the fix, good to know that you can try a log-out and log-in without browser cache clearance first!

@Ziggy Yes, Safari, Chrome, Firefox, and various Mac and PC computers. This is a common problem that many others are experiencing as well. When you first log in, the lists will be visible for a while, but then you will need to log out of your Squarespace account and log in again.

Yes, I don't know what the cause is, but let's hope it gets fixed for thoses that are having a problem.

Using different computers, I discovered that the problem occurs with the latest browser and OS, this problem does not occur with older ones.

Same or similar issue -- cannot access my Contacts, create new email template, duplicate sent emails, etc. Have been getting errors in the Contacts / Mailing Lists area of the site for weeks.

For the past several weeks, I've gotten the "Something went wrong" error all over the Mailing Lists / Contacts areas of my site. Today I can't access anything -- can't pull up my lists / segments, can't view member details, can't view any contacts, can't duplicate sent emails or create a new campaign... everything is throwing that error. I've sent screenshots via the contact form but who knows if I'll hear anything back. Not a great look on the weekend after Thanksgiving when a lot of businesses are trying to communicate with their customers.

This problem has been there for months or maybe even years by now and has not been fixed. I filed it as a bug multiple times and nothing happens. Squarespace seem to be falling behind on so many fronts recently

Same issue here in Safari and Firefox (current versions) on macOS (current version) - has been going on for a few weeks for me. My workaround is to open a Private Window, which forces a new login session. Rather annoying and frustrating, hopefully a fix is in the pipeline........... 🤞

Hello, thanks for your advice always. Today I would like to report that I have not been able to see the subscribers on my page after clicking the link from "Email Subscriber Report" emails I receive.

I thought it would be only for a while but it's been weeks and I am starting to wonder where to report this. If anyone knows how to fix this, I'd appreciate your advice.
