Clearing your browser cache should log you out and force a re-login, so that's certainly part of the fix, good to know that you can try a log-out and log-in without browser cache clearance first! Using different computers, I discovered that the problem occurs with the latest browser and OS, this problem does not occur with older ones. Previous OS.mov Latest OS.mov

sarahsaturday Posted November 30 Posted November 30 For the past several weeks, I've gotten the "Something went wrong" error all over the Mailing Lists / Contacts areas of my site. Today I can't access anything -- can't pull up my lists / segments, can't view member details, can't view any contacts, can't duplicate sent emails or create a new campaign... everything is throwing that error. I've sent screenshots via the contact form but who knows if I'll hear anything back. Not a great look on the weekend after Thanksgiving when a lot of businesses are trying to communicate with their customers.

ThomasJones Posted December 6 Posted December 6 This problem has been there for months or maybe even years by now and has not been fixed. I filed it as a bug multiple times and nothing happens. Squarespace seem to be falling behind on so many fronts recently

My workaround is to open a Private Window, which forces a new login session. Rather annoying and frustrating, hopefully a fix is in the pipeline........... 🤞

Today I would like to report that I have not been able to see the subscribers on my page after clicking the link from "Email Subscriber Report" emails I receive. I thought it would be only for a while but it's been weeks and I am starting to wonder where to report this. If anyone knows how to fix this, I'd appreciate your advice.
