I can't remove extra empty space at the bottom of my page.

I'm having this issue where there's a blue extra space on the bottom of my site page. On certain screens at work or a friends comluter for example, I don't have this issue and dont see the extra space. When viewing the page on my computer at home with a larger monitor I do see it.
