Disabling responsive design // Aligning blocks to background image

Hey y'all,

Been trying to make a website for myself and the marketing biz.

The homepage image shows a desk / chair facing the viewer and I added text blocks that work around the desk shape for my logo / basic offer list (adding reference image)

When I switch view from one computer screen size to another, the text completely unaligns. I was hoping someone here knew how to disable responsive design, and ideally I'd like to manually edit each available aspect ratio a user may view my site from.

Another idea I had was taking the image into Photoshop, adding the text blocks in there, and reuploading the updated image but then it would still be messed up for the 2 'social link' blocks I use.

Does anyone know how I can make this work while being able to use the desk image? Perhaps an anchor mod?
