Acuity Scheduling best use cases

I'm researching the best scheduling plugins for two different clients. Acuity would be the simplest solution because it integrates with Squarespace, but is it too simple? Here are the things we need:

1. Possibly needs to choose stylist and time. Need to send information and upload content before visit.

2. Needs to be able to book a room at a certain time when several rooms or events are happening at once. 

If Acuity can't handle this, what does work? Thanks!
