Modify Gallery Block to display Image name and Image body as an accordion

Hi all

I have two questions about using the Gallery Block on 7.1 (I'm a Circle Member, I can add Gallery Block on a page)

1. I'm currently having 6 projects display using a combination of one Image Block and one Accordion Block. Is it possible to achieve this same layout, same hover effect, and same function but using customize code? If yes, I would love some help to achieve it. 
2. Despite all six Image Blocks are having the same setting, something weird is happening to three images on the first row on narrower viewport. Those three blocks seems to appear taller and narrower than the bottom three blocks (see my attachment). Is there a reason why this happens and how I can fix it? I've tried deleting those blocks and recreate them, even delete the whole page and recreate it but the problem remain unsolved

I don't have code for Gallery Block, but you can consider using List Section Simple Grid (People Section) with this solution to add accordion.
