Underlining Linked Pages in Navigation Bar

On my website, I have my navigation linked to my portfolio items in another part of my website. However, once I go to those portfolio pages by clicking on the navigation, the navigation doesn't underline when it is pressed. like here I clicked "PROPERTIES" and it went to the correct portfolio page, but "PROPERTIES" isn't underlined.
