SSL issue

Hello, I have not been able to https to work on my website. It states that it is not secure. My website provider said it does not have to do with them.  They previously said this:

 as mentioned in last email you requested this since you moved your domain to Google it doesn’t work so please contact support there to fix this. We have turned on your SSL Certificate in our CMS platform and that is all we can do at our end. 

 

The way our platform works is we go into the Settings and turn the SSL Certificate on. And we’ve done that. See screenshot. 

 

Also as this SSL Certificate was working before you moved your domain to Google it tells me that it needs to be confirmed at your domain.

 

And Google has moved it to you so can you help?
