Danlgelinas Posted November 22 Posted November 22 I have opened several support tickets with no help in site. Support is now ignoring my requests. My business is currently at a standstill as I cannot access my email or domain, so I have no website and no email. I cannot issue payment, take or send emails to clients or do any work digitally. Support asked for supporting documents, which I provided, but they continue to state that I need the latest payment that was made, which I did provide. I had my domain hosted with Google, then Squarespace took over. I was making payments through my Google Workspace, then the payments lapsed, which turned off the domain. I went to update my credit card with Google but instead I am given a link that says to reach out to Squarespace. Squarespace has no phone number to call and currently chat is closed. The only option is support emails that are ignored. My email I have it tied to my domain, so I cannot get any emails through my squarespace account. I have provided: My license (front and back) My last 3 credit card statements showing I paid for squarespace My latest bank screenshot that shows the latest payment The last thing squarespace stated was that my bank account shows under my wife's name (we have a joint bank account and her name appears first, so it shows as her account when getting statements and logging into the portal, but the credit card shows my name) and that she has to send a request for the domain because SHE is the owner...what? I had my wife send an email along with the above info and she was ignored as well. At this point, squarespace is holding my entire business hostage and refuses to provide any support.
