How to add the 'day' and 'date' above event 'time' on an individual event page?

I am looking to include the 'day' and 'date' of an event to the left hand side of the individual event page above the event 'time' - see screenshot attached. Is this possible with CCS or JavaScript? Any help greatly appreciated!
