Lettice Posted November 22 Posted November 22 I couldn't access my site to work on it on 20th Nov at 18.00 and yesterday at 16.00. The outage went on for so long I gave up trying to get in. Help pages and so on all worked fine but I couldn't open SS home or access my site. I've just started our SS account so this is all a bit disheartening. Aur these outages a common occurence?
