Change menu thumbnail's font and color when selected

Hi, 

I'm using the restaurant's menu module in order to display my studio classes. I had several things I wanted to do: 

1. How can I please make the thumbnail font in "Anzeigen Grotesk font"? Thumbnails : "abs & booty", "bounce", "stretch" etc. - See picture attached

2. How can I please apply a different colour font on my menu thumbnails so that it becomes pink when hovered and active?

}
