IzanamiAce Posted November 22 Posted November 22 I just started my first website a couple of days ago and was wondering what I did right and what I could improve on. The website is all about Gundam Models and things of that nature. I don't have many products as I just started getting stock.
circlecubedesign Posted November 23 Posted November 23 I've just had a quick look and I'm definitely in the wrong demographic - but maybe make the background images more subtle or muted - the colour and strength of some of the background images seemed to interfere with the foreground text and images, which for me, affected legibility and focus. Anyhow, I hope this helps:)
mudebbela Posted November 26 Posted November 26 From an informational perspective I would say you are doing a good job at letting us know what you are about. You just need to let the information breathe a little. For example; move the carousel of words below the hero section so the navbar and the carousel don't clash visually. Then try not to have text span the whole screen as that gets a little tiring when reading it. Usually you want to have a centered column to hold all the text. Its a great start and I know you will figure it out.
