MarJohnna Posted November 21 Posted November 21 We had to change VISA cards due to online fraud, payment was attached to old VISA and SquareSpace suspended our subscription and emails while we were trying to contact them. There is not a living-breathing human to answer the phone at Google or SquareSpace. We have called and completed forms 38 times since November 7th. Already entered new card information. The portal will not allow us to change email address to a working email address to promote contact. Does anyone have ideas or online contacts to assist?
