On trunk, it asked to re-authorise Squarespace. I click on that and it asks me to log into Squarespace, but my website isn't there. I have 2 other websites I manage but the one which I need to connect is not there. Then I get a ping from my email account saying it's been connected yet it hasn't. I really don't know what's going on. I was connected to SKU ID but when I added a product to Square ( my POS system ) it changed my Squarespace variants to Value 1, Value 2 etc... so my customers essentially didn't know what product they're buying. Can any one help please. I don't understand. Regards Claire
Taylorabel Posted November 21 Author Posted November 21 Hi I know, I'm up so late trying to work this out. The value 1 etc... was with SKU ID. When I saw that happening I disconnected that and tried to reconnect with Trunk again. Initially it worked and then I found it had stopped working in Trunk and havn't been able to connect since. I have tried to speak with Trunk but it says it will reply in a day. 😕 I didn't know if it was a squarespace thing or a time thing...Log in and out so many times. Claire 🙂
