Missing DNS Records & Domain Not Showing on Dashboard

I had an existing google domain (before it transferred to Squarespace) that was connected to my Squarespace website. When I look in my Squarspace website settings it says that my domain is connected and it does have a built-in Squarespace domain. When I look in my domains dashboard I see all my other domains (that transferred to Squarespace) except for the one that's connected to my website. When anyone tries to access my website it says: DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN or cannot connect to server.

I tried troubleshooting the DNS Records but when I go to Home > Settings > Domains & Email > Domains the DNS Record Checker isn't there. Similarly, when I go to my Domains dashboard I can't click on the domain settings since the domain isn't listed there. I should say that my website was renewed back in July so it's not a matter of giving the DNS time to load.

Anyone have any idea of how to fix this issue?

I am having a related issue - login to Squarespace with my original google ID and my transferred domain is nowhere to be seen.  Just to be sure I tried every other account I have with google, and it wasn't transferred to any of them.  To be clear, even squarespace can see they have registered the domain, but have effectively taken away my control of my own site.

Hi @DFernWeb, thank you for posting here.

When your domain migrated, it was moved to a Squarespace account with the same email address as the account that managed the domain when it was with Google Domains. If there’s an existing Squarespace account with that email address, the domain was moved there. Otherwise, a new account was created for that email address. To learn more, visit our guide:

About the Google Domains migration to Squarespace

If you need help locating the account associated with the domain, you can use the recovery link here:

https://login.squarespace.com/recovery-form#/recovery/domain

If the link above doesn't help locate the correct Squarespace account, and for anyone else who's encountered this issue, our Customer Support team can help recover access. We ask everyone requesting account access to fill out this form:

Using the form helps us keep accounts secure and speeds up the evaluation process. We’ll look over the information you provided and respond as soon as possible with any next steps.
