Service and download order fullfilment notification

Hello,

anyone has idea how we can customize notification, when service order is fullfiled? I can't find template for this in settings.

as for download fullfilment notification, i want to be able to change the email, but there is fixed block with download link (that i want to change), that cannot be removed, since our software installer is beyond squarespace download limit, it cannot be hosted on squarespace, and i don't want people to download placeholder files.

i didn't notice this option, but this will help.

Only gripe i have with this solution is, that i can't find how we can make different text based on product. But for now it's better than nothing.

Unfortunately, product-specific notifications are not currently possible via the notifications settings. You can only have different content per product type (e.g. physical, service, digital download) as noted above. 

The only way to set up product-specific notifications is to subscribe to Squarespace's email campaigns and in there you can set up an automation based on specific products. But there is obviously an extra cost to that if you aren't using it already. Also do be aware that this method would send an additional email, so the customer would still always get the standard confirmation email plus anything sent via Squarespace email campaigns.
