Image Galleries: show 1 Image per row in mobile version

Hi guys, 
this problem happens quite often and I have tried almost every code I could find. 
Unfortunately I only have the possibility to use “custom css” and no header footer code option due to my subscription. 
Has anyone tried a lot of things that didn't work and then found a solution?
