Subscription members who cancel month to month payment and then want to reactivate month to month payment later on. Is there a way to back bill them for the months they did not pay per the contact I have with them?

Per my contract with subscription members if they pay month to month they can cancel at anytime. However, if they want to rejoin the subscription at a later date then they will be billed for the months they did not pay. 

I do not see any options for the auto-subscription manager to have "months missed" or something. So, my question is how can I send them a bill through squarespace for a specific $ amount that they pay through squarespace?

You would have to use the invoicing tools and send a bill, good luck!
