Adding ResDiary code to squarespace page

I'm trying to add the ResDiary widget to my reservations code. I've just upgraded the account from personal to business (was this necessary?!) but it's just displaying the html code:

attached has site address on it

any help gratefully received!

The /reservations page cannot be found, so I couldn't troubleshoot directly:

I assume you added the code to a Code Block? If yes, please check that Display Source is toggled off and the HTML mode is selected.

Save your block and page and see if this resolves the issue.

If it doesn't, please provide the page URL and a screenshot of what you see when you view the Code Block whilst in edit mode.
