Website not working in different regions unless I add /home to the url

I created a website that was published yesterday. I am located in the North East. Website is www.northshoretuning.com.

But, the family member I made it for is located in Chicago, and when they access the website it shows as under construction. However, when she types in www.northshoretuning.com/home, she is able to access the website.

I purchased the domain on Squarespace. Does anyone have any idea how I can resolve this? Thank you!

It looks like time took care of it, the site is up with www and without.

Thank you for looking into this. The issue isn't whether I include "www." in front. Rather it's that the website without the "/home" added to the end does not work in any region of the US outside of the North East. For example, in Chicago, when I use www.northshoretuning.com, it shows that the site is under construction. However, where I am near NYC, I have no issues loading the webpage. This business is located in Chicago, so it's important that it works in that region of the country.

I did not need to add /home. I am located in Virginia.

It appears that it works in all the eastern states. We’ve used a VPN to check. it works in Europe. But in the west coast like in LA or in the Midwest like in Chicago.
