Problem with SS domain redirected to 3rd party site

My organization inherited a Squarespace site and domain (https://www.duediligencecommitment.com/), and redirected the domain to a page on a third party WordPress site (https://racialequityassetlab.org/due-diligence-commitment/) hosted by New Dream Network. The redirect seems to have failed, despite it looking correct on the Squarespace back end. The error is DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN. Any suggestions as to what may be wrong? Thanks so much.

Thank you. It seems to be working inconsistently depending on device, browser, source, etc. I guess the working theory is that it's taking an unusually long time to populate fully. The redirect was made over a week ago. Any additional thoughts?
