Seeking to add new credit card to my biz website for weeks still not able to get the payment to go through Square Space. Corrected the addresses. no solution.HELP.

the bots or live just tell me to wait 24 hours not what can be done for a new card to be accepted to pay for my website. still no resolution. 21 emails not solved. 

put in an old credit card not the new one and it goes through?  WHY?
