CSS to bold a title in accordion drop down on page

Hello, I am updating my home page and have placed an accordion drop down in the second section of the page - listing services. I need to bold the word GYROTONIC® (the second item on the list) using code as there isn't a simple option for this in the design window. Can someone take a look and let me now if it is possible, and if so, how? Thank you!
